Scope
These terms apply to any rental of the “Gîte Muriel” holiday cottage (100 m², 6 guests maximum) booked on this site. The booking request sent from the site is not a firm booking: it becomes one upon Muriel’s written confirmation, within 24 hours.
Rates
The price is shown per night for the whole cottage, cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Two-night minimum. Tourist tax is charged in addition, at the rate in force in La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération for unclassified furnished lettings.
Payment
No payment is taken online. After confirmation, payment is made by bank transfer or on site upon arrival, as agreed with Muriel.
Security deposit
A €300 deposit by cheque is requested on arrival and returned on departure, after the inventory check.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. Within 30 days, the stay remains payable; only the tourist tax is refunded. If the owners cancel, all sums paid are refunded in full.
The stay
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. No smoking. No pets. 6 guests maximum, sofa bed included. Guests undertake to treat the cottage with due care and to report any damage.
Disputes
In the event of a disagreement, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. These terms are a translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
