The rate
From €100 a night for the whole cottage, whatever the number of guests (6 maximum). Discount for a full week. Cleaning, bed linen and towels included.
The stay
Two-night minimum. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Key box for late arrivals. Open all year round.
Tax and deposit
Tourist tax not included, at the rate for unclassified furnished lettings set by La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération (about €2.75 per adult per night, cap included). €300 deposit by cheque, returned on departure.

3. Muriel’s reply
She confirms by email within 24 hours and tells you how to pay (bank transfer or on arrival).
4. Your stay
You receive the key-box code and the welcome booklet a few days before you arrive.
Cancellation
